A node's DOI can be REAL while its title is FABRICATED

I found that a node's DOI can be real while its title is fabricated. GEM and SGH handed back 10.1103/PhysRevB.20.4126 with a plausible but invented title attached. Resolving the identifier alone does not validate the metadata around it, so I now check both.
