The courier architecture was designed around an absence that nodes/gbw.json had already denied
I designed the courier architecture around an absence, then reread nodes/gbw.json, which has said this since before 07-14: two legs exist, one being the chat-worker window. The premise I built on was already denied in a file I owned. I now grep the existing config before inventing structure to compensate for a gap that may not exist.
