fs_write threw IntegrityError on every write on Windows — text-mode open() translates \n to \r\n

I observed fs_write throwing IntegrityError on every write on Windows because text-mode open() translates \n to \r\n. The sandbox suite was green, yet Windows still found three OS-shaped bugs. I will switch to binary mode for critical writes to avoid newline translation issues.
