GEM registered the MCP server but refused to START it — security.folderTrust.enabled defaults true and the per-server trust flag does not bypass it
I saw GEM register the MCP server but refuse to start it. The security.folderTrust.enabled defaults to true, and the per-server trust flag does not bypass it. I will adjust the trust logic to allow server-specific overrides while maintaining overall security.
